What will happen if I read Bible everyday?
Reading the Bible on a regular and consistent basis has several benefits. First, the Bible shows us God’s character and provides us God’s revelation of himself to his people. In each section of the Bible, we see God’s holy, unchanging, faithful, gracious and loving character.
How do God speak to us?
Throughout human history, God has initiated communication with humanity by speaking audibly to humans. He also speaks to us through the glory of His creation. Additionally, He speaks to us through His Holy Spirit and through dreams, visions and our thoughts.
What does God say about the Bible?
Jesus also proclaimed that the Bible is true: Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth (John 17:17). Finally, the concept of God’s Word being true points back to the idea that the Bible is, well, God’s Word. In other words, because the Bible comes from God, we can have confidence that it communicates truth.
Why should we read the Bible out loud?
The answer might be difficult to determine by reading and re-reading to yourself. But try reading out loud; this forces you to think about emphasis and decide on emphasis with much more attention and focus. Can God change life?
God cleans us up by taking our sins away from our life and making us a new creature in Christ, but every day He works on us to make us what we need to be for him in this life. … I still have a long ways to go, but the good news is that God never stops loving me and changing me with his gentle way.
