“Beauty” The search for beauty is the search for God, Who is All Beauty. He who seeks shall find; And all along the paths my feet have trod, I have sought hungrily with heart and mind And open eyes for beauty everywhere. Lo! I have found the world is very fair….
Have you ever noticed a tree standing naked against the sky
How beautiful it is?
Haibun: “Seasons” As we get older, we learn that nothing lasts forever, and there is impermanence in everything in life… we would love for things to stay the same, but when you observe the seasons in nature, they always bring change: SPRING brings renewal, change, rebirth, and new energy; SUMMER a time for fun, joy,…
This world’s so full of beauty
Don’t pass it by each day
Ignoring all the wonders
Beside you on your way
Showers of petals from nearby blossoming trees
Cascaded upon me as I gazed at the ground
Gone now the blankness of winter past
Abundant foliage and flowering buds I found
I have sought hungrily with heart and mind,
And open eyes for beauty, everywhere.
Lo! I have found the world is very fair.
The search for beauty is the search for God.
Let us make the flowers our bed, and the
Sky our blanket, and rest our heads together
Upon pillows of soft hay.
