Spirituality from Daily Word: “Forgive” (espiritualidad de la Palabra Diaria: “Perdonar”)

I freely forgive others and myself.

I remember Jesus’ teachings about forgiveness, and I use my prayer time to take those teachings to heart. As I forgive, I free myself and others from the bondage of past mistakes.

I forgive, not because others deserve it, but because I do. I deserve the love of God, and I allow it to flow through me now. A great weight is lifted from me, mentally and emotionally, as I release my attachment to old resentments and embrace my divinity. Casting my burdens aside, I am free to fulfill my highest expression and to be of service to others. I am grateful for this opportunity to release and let go.

I let light and love fill my heart as I practice forgiveness and radiate unconditional love.

Elijo perdonar e irradiar amor incondicional.

    1. Yes, dear Kamal, you are right we truly have to forgive ourselves, sometimes we can be our own worst critics and our own worst enemies.
Kindness begins at home and with us 🙂 Much love! ❤

unforgiveness can eat at your body and soul like a cancer! It seems easier to forgive others than to forgive ourselves!

    1. That is so true Linda! We tend to judge ourselves harshly, and yet are all children learning as we go on the lessons of life, making mistakes along the way. Those mistakes help us to grow and learn, just like a child learning to walk and falling while attempting the first steps. We need to love ourselves through those lessons, through those falls. God loves us unconditionally ❤
