How to Raise your vibration and fortify your immune system


If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of ...

  • Tune into what nourishes your soul and not what feeds your ego (fear, sadness, worries, anger, anxiety, depression, etc).

         “What you focus on grows!”


  • Become mindful  of your words, thoughts and actions. They all have repercussions. As the philosopher  Marcus Aurelius said:

            “Whatever we do now,  echoes on…  into eternity”


  • Ground yourself, spend time in nature even in your backyard or a nearby park, sit barefooted if possible, connect to mother earth, breathe fresh air, and feel the breeze and the sun rays caressing your skin. The Earth will absorb your excess energy, and balance you naturally. Let go of your worries and concerns at least for a few minutes while you let mother Nature embrace you.


  • Nourish your body with clean fresh air, fresh natural spring water, and high vibrational fresh vegetables and fruits


  • Become a part of the solution, instead of the problems that surround you. If you don’t like the situation you are in, change it, or at least take steps to improve it, even if all you can do is just to pray, don’t just feel overwhelmed, depressed, and victimized.

            Is Not What Happens To You It Is How You Respond To It.


  • Spend time with children, and with animals. Whether you have your own pets or you look at birds in your backyard, or wildlife in a park. They all have something to teach us in their pure innocence… listen to their lessons…


  • Surround yourself with positive people.


  • Don’t put yourself down, we all have flaws, that’s part of being human, so be more accepting and embrace yourself with self forgiveness and love. We are all deeply loved in this Universe.


  • Seek inspiration each day: in poetry, nature, books, music, art, spirituality,  inspirational stories, etc. 


  • Laugh more often; laughter truly is a medicine: it decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease!




  • Spread love and sprinkle hope wherever you can.  Sing a song, share your smile, bring to everyone your positive outlook and kindness.


  • Spend more time doing what makes you happy. Follow your bless! Align with your true self!


  • Cultivate an attitude of gratitude.


  • Take a break away from technology…(computers, smartphones, Wi-Fi systems, satellite communication systems, microwaves, radio, TV stations, and interactive radios, etc) With the widespread use of radio-frequency devices, it is increasingly important to understand the biological effects of the associated electromagnetic fields which can lower our immune systems and also force us into very poor postures for prolonged periods of time.

  • Clear your space, make it fresh and welcoming for you and others. Get some natural plants to bring nature indoors and detoxify your indoor air! Open windows for fresh air and let the sunshine in! Add some uplifting color into your life, even if it’s just a couple of small accents.



  • Take a walk in nature or practice some kind of physical activity that you truly enjoy  like  sports, hiking, biking, gardening, swimming, taichi, yoga, or dancing!

  • Nourish your soul. Spend some time in quiet reflection, in silence, in prayer or meditation.They say that prayer is when we talk to God, and meditation is when we listen. Align with your inner guidance.


  • Have a restful sleep each night. Avoid technological devices and TV in your bedroom, especially  avoid watching any program which is violent or upsetting before going to bed. Keep your bedroom serene, cool and fresh. A Zen bedroom with soft or neutral colors will induce a peaceful sleep. Light some candles and dim the lights. Prior to bed, do relaxing activities such as reading, praying, having a warm bath or a cup of herbal tea, or gaze at the stars and the moon, so that your mind will be at ease and calm.
