“Happy Souls Are We” by Kamal (re-blogged)

Great inspiration dear Kamal! Thank you so much for sharing! ๐Ÿ™‚

Boundless Blessings by Kamal

Following lines on A โ€˜Happy Soulโ€˜ were written at a Buddhist Monastery in Lamayuru, a small hamlet on the way to Leh. Take a look:

Whoโ€™s a Happy Soul?

  1. A Happy Soul stops trying to change others, but instead focuses on changing self.
  2. A Happy Soul is one who accepts people for who they are and not at their face-value.
  3. A Happy Soul is one who understands that everyone is right in oneโ€™s own perspective.
  4. A Happy Soul is one who learns to โ€˜let goโ€™. He does not carry any burdens.
  5. A Happy Soul is one who is able to drop expectations from every relationship and gives unconditionally for the sake of giving.
  6. A Happy Soul is one who understands that whatever we do, we do it for our own peace of mind.
  7. A Happy Soul is one who stops proving to the world how intelligent one is.ย โ€ฆ

  1. Thanks for sharing, dear Amira

May I add something to it?

A happy soul is who has seen with inner eyes the everlasting happiness in Him…

A happy soul is who is detached from all worldly affairs, who is in this world but not from this world

A happy soul is who lives Oneness

A happy soul is who combines Self-realisation with God realisation

A happy soul is who has reached emptiness from oneself, to enter One Self

Wishing you a great time my friend
    In oneness
    Didi

          1. My dear friend Kamal,
No worry, my friend, for me you are first of all a human being, no matter which outer lable you wear, if you are a woman or a man that is the same for me – as you are a human being.

In fact our soul is not male nor female – there is no differentiation, the same with love: love does not differentiate ๐Ÿ™‚

So thank you so much, my friend and have a great time ๐Ÿ™‚

          2. Yes yes I can surely understand that and yes love never differentiates anyone first and foremost we are only bodies just names and sex given to know who we are in this world. Welcome dear Didi.

  3. Sorry that I wrote “he” – yes I did not know if you are a woman or a man – by the way this happens to my nickname didi as many time: many people think that I am a woman, but I am man ๐Ÿ™‚ However, as I wrote: it does not matter to which gender we belong to, what matters is what is inside us: humanity, ethic values, generosity, a huge embrace for all and everything, to see Him acting everywhere.

Thank you for correcting me ๐Ÿ™‚
    All good wishes my friend

    1. I agree dear friends! We have such a beautiful connection, which is at the soul level, because we don’t know what we look like, what gender we are , what’s our age, nothing at all of all the labels given by the outer world, and yet our hearts resonate deeply in the same wavelength… isn’t that beautifully amazing? All those times that our minds are busy judging this or judging that, it’s all external and all ephemeral… and yet, here we are, simply united by our hearts in friendship and Oneness!!!! โค โค โค All my love to you dear friends!

      1. Yes, dear friends – this connection comes from inside, not from outside – as water is connected with water, in the same way – no separation, but Oneness in Him…
Love and light to you, my dear friends ๐Ÿ™‚
