HAIKU NATURE POEMS: “Lavender fields” (“Campos de lavanda”) This poem is dedicated to Marlene

“Lavender fields”

Lavender fields,

Perfume the air…

Oh! …The sight of a purple sea!

“Campos de lavanda”

Campos de lavanda,

Perfuman el aire …

Ah…¡La vista de un mar purpúreo!

This poem is dedicated to my dear friend Marlene. (Este poema está dedicado a mi querida amiga Marlene.)

    1. Thank you so much dear Trina! Oh I am so glad you enjoyed it! We visited a lavender farm and it was just as breath-taking. They had a little souvenir shop, and they sold everything you can imagine that could be made with lavender there: candles, teas, herbs for cooking, sachets for the closets, soaps, etc…. I could have stayed there all day! 🙂
