SPIRITUAL POEMS: “Soul Gardening”

Plant three rows of peas:
Peace of mind
Peace of heart
Peace of soul

Plant four rows of squash:
Squash gossip
Squash indifference
Squash grumbling
Squash selfishness

Plant four rows of lettuce:
Lettuce be honest
Lettuce be kind
Lettuce be compassionate
Lettuce really love one another

No garden without turnips:
Turnip for Mother Earth,
Turnip for service,
Turnip to help one another,

Water freely with patience and cultivate with care

To conclude our garden
We must have thyme:
Thyme for God Source
Thyme for contemplation (reflection, meditation)
Thyme for prayer
Thyme for each other
Thyme for Nature and animal friends

Care for  your garden with love
Because you reap what you sow.
