If you like garlic, this is a great tasting dip to serve with veggies, toasted pita bread wedges or crackers, and some nice olives. The choice is yours. It’s very easy to make too!
Creamy garlic Feta dip
- 3/4 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 3/4 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cups plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled (3 cloves if you really LOVE garlic)
- salt & pepper to taste
Combine the feta cheese, sour cream, yogurt and garlic in the container of a food processor or blender. Pulse briefly until garlic is minced. Spoon into a serving dish, and season with salt and pepper. (I usually just put the garlic in a small food processor or chopper until thinly minced, and then add it to the dip), mix it well and keep it in the fridge until you are ready to serve it.
