POEMS: “The beauty of the heart” Rumi

The beauty of the heart
is the lasting beauty:
its lips give to drink
of the water of life.

Truly it is the water,
that which pours,
and the one who drinks.

All three become one when
your talisman is shattered.
That oneness you can’t know
by reasoning.

          1. Yes Amira you will love it. The love between Shams and Rumi is awesome and Shams was a perfect master who became Rumi’s companionship and all his poems are after he met Shams.

  3. It’s amazing how sometimes the influence of a kind person that encourages us can bring out “the poet in us”, and bring out all the best forward in a person!….
